I was always found it hard to put on size no matter how hard i trained. Always went 5 days a week but never really had a plan i just went by what i seen online and what I felt like training that day. I started with Fionn 10 weeks ago and put on just under a stone of weight on the scales. I trained with him twice a week doing the hardest workouts on the program and the other two days by myself. Starting out tracking your macros & hitting your macro targets was hard at the start. When you start using the recipe books this became easier after a few weeks along with figuring out your own eating habits & adding in more protein where you can. On the call we’ll assess where you are now versus where you want to be. I’ll take notes and put together a personal plan of action for you. If I can help you, I’ll give you the opportunity to come under my wing and join my coaching team. If I can’t help you, I’ll refer you to someone who can.
